Trained at Le Cordon Bleu de Paris, Chef/owner Anne Hegney completed the prestigious school's ‘Grand Diplôme’ in
Pastry and Cooking, and started working in restaurants, first in Paris, then in Montreal and finally in Costa Rica when she opened Ginger.
Her unique flavors and inventive tapas have made Ginger one of the most successful restaurants and dining destinations in Playa Hermosa, Guanacaste, Costa Rica since 2003.
